Photo: Pori Moni's verified Facebook page A Dhaka court summoned actress Pori Moni and Junayed Bogdadi Jimmy alias Jim on Thursday in a case lodged by businessman Nasir Uddin Mahmud on the charges of vandalizing, threatening and attempting to murder him.
Dhaka Senior Judicial Magistrate Saiful Islam passed the order, allowing a plea of the plaintiff. The court asked the two accused to appear before it on June 25.
Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) recently filed its report before the court, saying they have found evidences against the two accused - Pori Moni and Jimmy. They, however, gave clean chit to another accused Fatema Tuz Jannat Bonny.
Nasir Uddin Mahmud filed the case against three, including Pori Moni, on July 6, 2022, for vandalizing Dhaka Boat Club on June 9, 2021, threatening him after boozing there without paying the bills and attempting to murder him.
